Over the past few years, we have organically fostered an interdisciplinary research environment. Ongoing cross-fertilization and integration across fields have forged a closer link between theoretical research and system implementation. This collaborative approach enables the Institute to lay the groundwork for future industries even while key technologies are still in their infancy.

At present, about one-fifth of our researchers hail from overseas or collaborate remotely. In research, we work closely with the Chairman and advisory board to chart long-term technological roadmaps and strategic directions. Once priority areas are defined, researchers are given the autonomy to pursue their work. We firmly believe that smart people don’t need to be told how to act; they only need clarity on what must be achieved. Guided by a culture that blends trust with discipline, the Institute continues to produce high-quality research outcomes to distinguish itself on the global stage.
